It is a great honor and privilege to announce that you have been selected to receive the HTCIA Lifetime Achievement award for 2009. Your continuous efforts in support of this organization through the various roles you have played made the you clear winner in this year's voting. There are many qualities listed in the guidelines that can be considered when evaluating the person who will receive this award, but it is rare to find someone that demonstrated all the qualities listed as you have. This serves as testimony to the depth to which you have immersed yourself in HTCIA and its efforts.

As the recipient of this award, you will be presented a plaque at the annual HTCIA conference at south Lake Tahoe. Your registration, travel, and lodging expenses for attendance at the conference will be paid by the HTCIA. Finally, your name and year of the award will be memorialized in HTCIA records and on HTCIA website.

Congratulations! I look forward to having the honor to thank you publicly for all that you have done for HTCIA and the advancement of the organization's goals and objectives at the conference.
